I did therapy as a child, teen, and again as an adult, and haven’t experienced anything as effective and formative as Fidela & hopscotch has provided. Fidela is wonderful, God 100% put her on this earth to be a child behavioral therapist. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely good at what she does. She got concepts and understandings through to our child in four sessions, things we’ve been trying to get into him for 2 years. I didn’t think therapy this effective was even possible.

My daughter is 9 and was experiencing a great deal of anxiety about going to school. I thought that I was going to have to take a leave of absence from work and possibly switch school. Then we found Hopscotch and her amazing therapist, Chrystal. Within a couple of weeks, she didn’t refuse to go to school anymore. She gave her strategies to help her relax and deal with her anxiety. Now, I am happy to report that she has been happily attending school for months. I am forever grateful for the help.
