Yes. We’re HIPAA-compliant out of the box, and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available on every plan that requires one. Client data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Only you, the provider, have access to client data. Clients log in to a separate, dashboard-only environment that isn’t connected to your billing or administrative records.
Yes! Our platform works for both in-person and virtual sessions, so you can choose whatever format works best for you and your client. If doing a virtual session, you can use our 2-player feature to make sessions more interactive. Learn more here.
