I did therapy as a child, teen, and again as an adult, and haven’t experienced anything as effective and formative as Fidela & hopscotch has provided. My daughter is 9 and was experiencing a great deal of anxiety about going to school. I thought that I was going to have to take a leave of absence from work and possibly switch school. Then we found Hopscotch and her amazing therapist, Chrystal. Within a couple of weeks, she didn’t refuse to go to school anymore. She gave her strategies to help her relax and deal with her anxiety. Now, I am happy to report that she has been happily attending school for months. I am forever grateful for the help.
