Welcome to Calm Coloring! This is a creative, open space for your clients to express themselves, find calm, and use art as a grounding coping skill.

At the very start of the activity, your client can select their own soundtrack. They can choose a song or calming sounds that reflect their mood or help them feel relaxed while they work.

Once they are on the canvas, they will see a toolbar on the right side with all the creative tools they need. They can color using solid colors or choose from a variety of textures to add depth to their art.

We have also included a sticker library. Here, clients can add shapes, stickers, or even upload their own images to include on their canvas. They can also add text if they want to express themselves with words.

Clients can also choose from several different background options. And if they ever want to start over, they can simply click the trash icon to clear the page and begin fresh.

Sometimes it can be hard to know what to draw. If your client is feeling stuck, they can click the prompt button in the top left corner. They can choose a category and receive a fun question or idea to help spark their creativity.

Calm Coloring is a simple yet powerful way to help clients slow down, focus on the present moment, and engage in a relaxing, hands-on activity.
